Living Life Counselling Centre has been providing quality counselling to the local community since 2008 with a team of professionally accredited Counsellors. We offer individual, couple and relationship counselling, critical incident debriefing in the workplace and work with those with post traumatic stress related symptoms.
In addition we offer counselling in a wide range of areas including trauma informed approaches, counsellors with specialist training in drug and alcohol dependancy, counsellors who focus in working in the area of sexuality, counsellors with specialist training working with children and counsellors with training to work with those with developmental trauma. We see a wide range of clientele with chronic illness based on our philosophy that each individual can live life to the best of their ability. Our rooms offer sand play therapy in addition to to talk therapy which offers a safe medium for adults and children alike to address difficult to explore and traumatic experiences.

Our community based workshops are facilitated by experienced counsellors who will provide you with education and information. Working together in a group environment means you can learn new skills in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and support. It is a time to benefit from the experiences of others and, importantly, to understand that you are not alone. It is reassuring to know that other people struggle with the same issues. Strength comes from no longer being isolated, from working on issues together, and from encouraging and supporting each other from week to week.
