Anger Management Workshop
This program, teaches you practical strategies to manage anger. The aim of this workshop is to change patterns of thought and behaviour to achieve constructive outcomes in your personal and professional relationships.
In western culture typically anger has not been well expressed. We often see violence or aggression expressed as anger, rather than seeing aggression and anger as separate things. In this workshop we begin to explore options for healthy expression and management of anger. Anger in itself is okay; it’s what you do with it that matters.
Each week skills will be developed and built upon from previous sessions. You will explore daily life situations and have the opportunity to practice your skills between sessions, as well as gaining insight and experience from other participants’ own life experiences.
